I don't usually have the opportunity to sit down and listen, today I did, and I'm glad Darian posted this one.
I can relate to quite a bit of what was said, and the images that arise from such exploration. In all, the author gives the listener a sense of his human side.
In my own experience, there is indeed the Tao, the flow, and like he says, it is an endless up and down adventure.
